CareerVidz Talent is operated by Intelligent HQ Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our platform is available at https://careervidztalent.com and related apps.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 16 years old to register an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and, where relevant, that you have the authority to bind any organisation you represent.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your account. Notify us immediately at support@careervidztalent.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

By creating a profile or uploading any content (including CV/resume, video or audio introduction, certificates, references, career highlights, skills, photos, or other materials), you grant CareerVidz Talent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, process, share, and transfer that content for the purposes of operating the platform.

This includes making your content available to:

• employers, recruiters, hiring partners, and staffing agencies registered on the platform
• integrated applicant tracking systems (ATS) and third-party hiring tools
• our hosting, infrastructure, and service providers

Public profiles: Candidate Talent Profiles are public by default. They may be viewed by anyone with the link. We apply a noindex meta tag to public profile pages to discourage search engine indexing; however, we cannot guarantee that third parties will not index, cache, copy, or redistribute your public profile or its content.

You retain ownership of your content. You may request removal at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Removal will not affect content already accessed or shared by third parties prior to removal.

Employers, recruiters, and hiring partners who access candidate profiles agree to use that information solely for legitimate employment and recruitment purposes, in compliance with applicable employment law, data protection law (including UK GDPR), and anti-discrimination legislation.

Employers and recruiters may: view profiles, CVs, certificates, video/audio introductions, and downloadable materials; save candidate profiles; contact candidates directly via the platform; invite candidates to apply for roles; and export candidate information where permitted by their account tier.

Misuse of candidate data — including scraping, bulk downloading, resale, or use for non-recruitment purposes — will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

All CareerVidz Talent courses, training materials, certifications, resources and products are provided for educational and career development purposes only.

CareerVidz Talent is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or acting on behalf of any third-party organisation unless explicitly stated otherwise. Our courses and pathways are designed to help users prepare more effectively for employment opportunities, but they do not replace official employer training, induction, policies or recruitment processes.

Completion of any course, pathway or certification does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers or any specific outcome.

Course content is provided for educational and professional development purposes. Certificates and badges issued by CareerVidz Talent are platform-issued credentials. They are not regulated qualifications unless explicitly stated.

Employability scores, leaderboard rankings, and badge counts are calculated by the platform and are indicative only. They do not guarantee any employment outcome.

We do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in a job offer, interview, or any particular employment outcome. Employment outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Downloadable certificates include a verification link to your Talent Profile. By downloading a certificate, you consent to this link being included.

Leaderboards are public by default. By participating, you agree that your chosen display name (full name, partial name, or anonymous — as set in your account preferences), score, and badge count may be publicly visible. You can opt out at any time in your account settings.

The platform may use AI features to help you generate introductory scripts, profile summaries, suggested content, or other written materials. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying accuracy before using it. We are not liable for errors or omissions in AI-generated output.

All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) as shown at checkout.

Once a course or pathway has been accessed, we are unable to offer refunds except as required by applicable consumer law. For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.

In the event of a platform closure, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, outstanding subscription entitlements will be honoured or refunded at our discretion.

Participation in our affiliate programme is subject to the Affiliate Programme Terms. Commission is earned on qualifying purchases only. Commission may be withheld, clawed back, or adjusted in cases of fraud, refunds, policy breach, or data errors. All affiliate commission records are subject to manual review and correction by our team.

Employers may post job listings on the platform. Candidates may apply directly or be invited. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or availability of any job listing. We are not party to any employment or engagement relationship between candidates and employers arising from the platform.

By registering, you consent to receiving service communications necessary to operate your account. This includes account verification, security notices, purchase receipts, enrolment confirmations, and administrative messages. These are sent regardless of your marketing preferences.

With your consent, we may also send marketing communications by email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, and other electronic channels, as specified in your Communication Preferences. You may withdraw consent at any time in your account settings or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing message.

We may also send you details of employer opportunities and recruiter introductions where you have opted in to that preference.

You must not:

• upload false, misleading, or fabricated information
• impersonate another person or organisation
• scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the platform
• misuse candidate data for purposes other than legitimate recruitment
• use the platform to harass, spam, or harm others
• attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorised access
• use the platform in any way that violates applicable law

Our administrators may access all user data, including profiles, uploaded content, messages, and activity logs, for the purposes of support, moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and platform operation. Administrators may edit, correct, remove, or restrict any content or account where necessary.

Our support team may temporarily access an account on behalf of a user (account impersonation) to assist with technical issues or support requests, with your permission or where reasonably necessary.

We reserve the right to adjust, correct, or remove employability scores, badges, certifications, or leaderboard data at any time.

All platform content, branding, course materials, software, and design elements are owned by or licensed to CareerVidz Talent and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerVidz Talent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including without limitation: employment outcomes, lost earnings, reliance on AI-generated content, or third-party actions.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The platform is primarily intended for users in the United Kingdom. We also serve users internationally. If you access the platform from outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws. Prices and taxes may vary by region as shown at checkout.

If CareerVidz Talent or Intelligent HQ Ltd is acquired, merges with another entity, or transfers its assets, user data and platform accounts may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. We will notify registered users of any such material transfer.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. On deletion, your personal data will be removed subject to our retention obligations (see our Privacy Policy).

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
